3 Waterfalls

In the morning, we will start our tour with a drive to Monte Café. Here our walk will begin by following a path through the primary equatorial forest to
the top of São José, on the way we can see one of the most breathtaking views of the Capital, São Tomé and the beaches that border the city.

From São José we will continue to Bemposta along the colonial road, just before the middle of the route we will take a break for tea, coffee or water and some local biscuits.

After the journey to Bemposta there are 2 options, follow the path through the bush to Novo Destino or do this journey by car, shortening reducing the
journey time by approximately an hour.

Once we arrive at Novo Destino we will take a short walk, from here we will reach our goal: the 3 waterfalls, the first of which is called Rio do Ouro. Here
we can rest and enjoy our picnic. The return will be by the same route from Novo Destino to Monte Café and from there to the City.
